Family Yoga In the Park! 

I’m thrilled to announce Mello Yoga and @yogaandhealingcheshire are teaming up to bring you Family Yoga in the Park this summer

Saturday 19th August 11am at Castle Park!                                                                               Meet 10:30 on the grass at the front of Frodsham Town Council Offices

Whilst the adults enjoy beginner friendly relaxing yoga with the wonderful Will, little ones are invited to come and play yoga with Sally! It will be lots of fun, with games, playful postures and fun group work!

Come Join us for our Family Yoga Workshop to launch the start of the summer holidays! These sessions will be loads of fun and are focused on building connection, trust and communication between adult and child. Hope you can join us!
